The branding iron gets to the heart of the matter. Polished gold with a white leather handle... not likely to be used for animal tagging. And yet there is a ROLEX logo that is good to brand. A nice contrast in reality as well as in fantasy.

There is no getting around them, the signs of the times brands, logos and their worship. One is not free from them and they have their function! After many decades in advertising and a lifetime as a consumer, these artworks are my genuflection. Coming from a family of artists, I spent several decades as an agency owner and freelancer producing and creating advertising. After many years, these works of art are my summary of this time. For me they show the beautiful and luxurious and also the transience to which we are permanently exposed in a perfect way! To combine both is my art.
